Dental Treatment Coordinator – Full Time
We have a state‑of‑the‑art dental practice at Mac Dill AFB as part of Army and Air Force Exchange Services, specifically servicing military families and veterans. Our practice has a family feel and we focus on building relationships with our patients, ensuring each receives the best quality care.

$40,000.00–$50,000.00
- Able to organize workflow, prioritize tasks, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer multi‑line telephone system and consistently provide friendly phone etiquette.
- Schedule and utilize practice management software (Denticon).
- Data entry and update necessary information for new and existing member’s accounts using dental software.
- Daily close‑out procedures.
- Maintain front office and reception area appearance.
- Excellent patient care and relationship building skills.
- Professional verbal and communication skills.
- High School Diploma.
- At least 1–2 years of administrative experience.
- Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Real to starting.
- Dental office experience preferred.
- Dental software experience preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Great interpersonal skills.
