We offer the opportunity to practice comprehensive pediatric dental care in a modern, private practice environment with a close-knit team and a focus on patient relationships. This role supports the civilian military community, providing full clinical autonomy and an impressive earning potential.

• Daily Guarantee OR Percentage of Adjusted Production:
  Our dentists earn between $180,000 - $390,000 annually.

  Provide quality care to military families, veterans, federal employees, and contractors.

• Two Saturdays, per month: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM

• Examine, diagnose, and treat dental conditions in infants, children, and adolescents.
• Provide preventive care including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
• Perform restorations, extractions, pulp therapy, and other pediatric procedures.
• Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
• Collaborate with general dentists, orthodontists, and other specialists as needed.
• Ensure a positive patient experience with gentle, kid-friendly care.

• DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program.
• Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency program, preferred.
• 1 year experience working in Pediatrics, required.
• Active State Dental License.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Willing to obtain a Real  base access.
• Pass a background check (criminal & malpractice), urinalysis & applicable testing, shots, physical exam and vaccinations.
