• Welcome patients and create a positive, professional first impression
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily patient schedule
• Check patients in and out and maintain accurate patient information
• Verify dental insurance benefits and assist with patient questions
• Review treatment costs, collect payments, and maintain accurate account information
  
  Help keep the schedule productive by confirming appointments and filling openings
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and the clinical team
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient experience

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable discussing insurance, treatment costs, and payments with patients
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy dental environment
