We are seeking candidates with significant residential architecture experience (3+ years). Applicants with less experience are encouraged to gain additional professional experience before applying. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who not only has strong architectural skills, but also thrives in relationship-building and project communication.
Responsibilities- Lead all aspects of project development, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
- Manage weekly meetings with clients to review progress, gather feedback, and guide the design process.
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using Revit and other relevant software.
- Conduct research and analysis of building codes, regulations, and site conditions.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Professional education in Architecture.
- 3+ years of experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in Revit and other architectural software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing client relationships.
- Ability to lead productive, professional client meetings.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable.
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires candidates to be local to the Greater Tampa Bay area to ensure immediate onboarding and participation in in-person site visits, team trainings, and client meetings.

Compensation for this role is estimated at $70,000–$90,000 annually and will commensurate with experience.
