Full-time Primary Care Physician – Hampton Lakes Family Care, Tampa, Florida.
Bay Care Medical Group is a physician-led medical group seeking a Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in the Westchase area of Tampa, Florida. The practice currently has 3 physicians and 1 APP and is outpatient only with no obstetrics.
The office is open Monday–Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and provides care to patients ages 18+. This is a full-time opportunity with potential for a 4-day or 5-day work week.
Position requires Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Responsibilities- Provide outpatient primary care to adults 18 and older in a collaborative practice.
- Participate in a team-based care model with other physicians and APPs.
- Adhere to Bay Care Medical Group standards and policies; maintain quality patient care and documentation.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Licensure in the state of Florida (or eligible for licensure).
