Overview- Role: Retina Surgeon / Retina Specialist
- Location: Multiple locations all over US
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Diagnose and treat retinal and vitreous disorders
- Perform retinal surgeries, laser procedures, and intravitreal injections
- Interpret OCT, fluorescein angiography, and ultrasound imaging
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with ophthalmologists and optometrists
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in clinical research and continuing education
- Diagnose and treat retinal and vitreous disorders
- Perform retinal surgeries, laser procedures, and intravitreal injections
- Interpret OCT, fluorescein angiography, and ultrasound imaging
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with ophthalmologists and optometrists
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in clinical research and continuing education
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board Certified in Ophthalmology
- Completion of Retina Fellowship (Vitreoretinal Surgery or Medical Retina)
- Active medical license
- Expertise in retinal diagnostics and surgical procedures
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Clear, structured path to partnership
- Performance-based bonus program in Year 3

- High-volume retina practice with advanced technology
- Year 1 (Associate): $400,000
- Year 2 (Associate): $500,000
- Year 3 (Associate): $600,000 + Pre-Partnership Bonus Program
- Partnership Eligibility: After 3 years, subject to Practice Management Board approval
