Position SummaryThe organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician (FM or IM) to join its outpatient care team in the Tampa, FL region.
This full-time, permanent role offers a consistent outpatient schedule, the opportunity to care for a broad patient population, and a supportive clinical environment focused on patient-centered care and continuity.

Essential Responsibilities- Provide outpatient care across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations (based on specialty)
- Diagnose and manage chronic and acute medical conditions
- Conduct physical exams, preventive visits, immunizations, and routine screenings
- Coordinate care with specialists, behavioral health teams, and care managers
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the EMR
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health programs
- Foster strong, trusting relationships with patients and their families
- Education:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school - Training:
Completion of Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency - Certification:
Board Certified or Board Eligible - Licensure:
Eligible for Florida medical licensure - Experience:
