* We are seeking a highly skilled Neurologist to join our outpatient private practice in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in diagnosing and managing neurological conditions, providing exceptional patient care, and utilizing advanced medical technologies.

* Duties
* * Conduct thorough neurological examinations and assessments of patients presenting with various neurological disorders.

* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.

* Manage complex neurological conditions such as epilepsy, migraines, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and neurodegenerative disorders.

* Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Epic and EMR systems for documentation and patient management.

* Interpret diagnostic imaging including CT scans, MRI, and other neuroimaging modalities to aid diagnosis.

* Perform or supervise procedures such as lumbar punctures, Botox treatments for spasticity or migraines, and other minimally invasive interventions.

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neurosurgery, psychiatry, radiology, and primary care to optimize patient outcomes.

* Engage in clinical research activities aimed at advancing neurological care and treatments.

* Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with NCQA standards.

* Provide patient education on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and medication adherence.

* Participate in outpatient clinic operations, including patient consultations, follow-ups, and discharge planning.

* Qualifications
* * Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification or eligibility in Neurology.

* Valid medical license to practice in Florida.

* Proven experience working with EHR systems such as Epic; familiarity with diagnostic radiology interpretation is preferred.

* Knowledge of neuroimaging techniques including CT scans; experience with neurocritical care or inpatient neurology is a plus.

* Strong understanding of clinical research protocols related to neurology.

* Experience managing complex neurological conditions with a focus on outpatient care settings.

* Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.

* Ability to perform procedures such as lumbar punctures or Botox injections competently.
