- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in a progressive educational setting.
- Knowledge of Montessori philosophy, PBL, and multi-age classroom management.
- Strong ability to design and implement innovative curriculum focused on life-based learning.
- Comfortable using Google Classroom, Transparent Classroom, and Microsoft Office.
- Passion for sustainability and outdoor learning, including participation in our school garden.
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.
