Position: Lead OSINT Trainer with Security Clearance

The Opportunity - note: this position is currently contingent upon contract award The Lead Trainer will support a US Government training program, by guiding and coordinating the delivery and development of open-source collection and workflow instruction for government, military, and contractor personnel.

This role focuses on mentoring trainers, ensuring instructional quality, maintaining consistency across all course deliveries, and contributing to curriculum refinement. The Lead Trainer will work closely with program leadership and vendors to align session planning, materials, and instructional standards with program requirements

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in overseeing the development of training materials and recommend new training techniques & technologies in accordance with

* Government requirements and support the development of applicable programs of instruction, lesson plans, practical exercises, and evaluations

* Coordinate with program leadership to understand training needs and ensure training instruction aligns with operational requirements

* Instruct and facilitate advanced OSINT toolkit instruction, demonstrating expert level understanding of open-source collection workflows

* Mentor, guide, and support the training team to ensure strong instructional performance and adherence to established standards

* Conduct student evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and recommend enhancements to curriculum based on student performance and operational needs

* Maintain awareness of industry standards, platform updates, and emerging best practices to ensure course content stays current
