Student Asst - FWS - Contemporary Art Museum (Finance)
Average Number of Hours per Week5-12
ScheduleWill vary but some evenings and Saturdays are expected. A repeated weekly schedule of 5-10 hrs weekly, with opportunities for additional hours during museum events.

Minimum Qualifications- Must be entering freshman or sophomore year
- Punctual, responsible, and dependable
- Well-spoken and have a professional and cordial manner both in-person and on the phone
- Knowledgeable about the University and willing to learn policies and procedures
- Able to respond to immediate situations
- Greet museum visitors and provide educational brochures and other exhibition materials
- Monitor the exhibition galleries and serve as a member of the Security team at the Contemporary Art Museum (CAM)
- Work with CAM Event Coordinator to set up and break down event equipment
- Assist CAM Event Coordinator with events, lunches, and other needs
- Answer calls and direct callers to appropriate staff
- Sign for deliveries and pickups
