About the JobYou will provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in core subjects like Math and ELA for 4th and 5th grade students, three (3) days a week, within small groups. You will collaborate with teachers and school leaders to develop engaging, personalized learning strategies that help students thrive.

- Strong Academics: Degree‑seeking or graduate student with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field.
- Committed and Flexible: Available to work 10–35 hours per week at an assigned school and participate in monthly training.
