Bright Horizons at JPMC Fountain Square in Tampa, FL is hiring!

• Part time with infants to school age from M‑F with varied schedules as needed (hours not guaranteed)
• Pay range: $14.10 to $17.50 per hour based on education and experience
• Preferred certification: DCF 45hrs/exams completed (contingent upon state residency or time in field)

• Assist with hands‑on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines

• Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred
• CDA, associate, or bachelor's degree in early education or related field is preferred
• Candidate must pass required state and company background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements

The position requires compliance with all applicable immunization, employment physical/screening, health and safety training. The employee will work in person in an early education/preschool child care center providing supervision, care, curriculum delivery and services per policies and regulations.

The hourly rate for this position is between $14.10 and $17.50 per hour. Actual compensation will depend on experience, education, certifications, geography, and other factors.
