- Personally coaching a small group of students, demonstrating advanced coaching and motivational techniques.
- Creating lesson plans – focus is on training Guides to become outstanding motivators.
- Accepting reduced expectations – uphold 100% mastery threshold.
- Running dull training sessions – develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learning.

Develop Guides and students so every learner in your cohort loves school, achieves learning at 2× speed, and gains mastery of life skills. No exceptions.
Basic Requirements- Currently located or willing to relocate to one of the Alpha campuses listed.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas.
- Proven track record of creating and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions.
- Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with a record of building, leading, and inspiring high‑performing teams.
- Background working with young people (ages 5‑18) in educational or developmental settings.
- Strong capability in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decisions and drive ongoing improvement.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Additional InformationThis is a full‑time (40 hrs per week) long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
