• Developing and training Guides to deliver Alpha's workshops at world‑class standards.
• Building Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, engaging learning activity designs, and approaches to common obstacles.
• Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that increases student engagement and outcomes.
• Personally coaching a small group of students, demonstrating advanced coaching and motivational techniques.

• Creating lesson plans – focus is on training Guides to become outstanding motivators.
• Accepting reduced expectations – uphold 100% mastery threshold.
• Running dull training sessions – develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learning.

• Currently located or willing to relocate to one of the Alpha campuses listed.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas.
• Proven track record of creating and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions.
• Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with a record of building, leading, and inspiring high‑performing teams.
• Background working with young people (ages 5‑18) in educational or developmental settings.
• Strong capability in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decisions and drive ongoing improvement.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

This is a full‑time (40 hrs per week) long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
