First Baptist Church of Fairlea is seeking a Full Time Senior Pastor. We desire a team builder who will train, equip and commission members to reach our diverse community with The Gospel.
We are a medium-sized Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) church in proximity to Lewisburg, West Virginia (“The Coolest Small Town in America”), in the beautiful Greenbrier Valley, one of the true “jewels” of our state. We affirm the Baptist Faith & Message 2000. We are financially sound and completely debt free, with a strong focus on local, domestic, and international missions.

We are seeking a gospel-centered and relational Pastor of Families and Discipleship to join our pastoral team. This individual will work closely with the other pastors to provide general pastoral care and spiritual oversight for the congregation. A primary focus of this role is to develop and implement a comprehensive discipleship strategy that nurtures spiritual growth across all ages and stages of life.
