Nuclear Medicine Instructor - Temporary

Job Description

• Didactic and Clinical course work for Nuclear Medicine students
• Working with students one on one with simulation, labs, or clinical patients teaching the Didactic and Clinical course work for the Nuclear Medicine profession. This is a temporary assignment for 1 year.

• Bachelor’s degree in nuclear medicine technology or a related field and two years of postgraduate professional experience, OR
• Associate’s degree related to nuclear medicine with four years of postgraduate professional experience, OR
• Five years of post-certification (or equivalent suitable qualifications) professional experience.

• Previous higher education teaching experience and
• Post-certification professional experience in nuclear medicine technology.

Faculty members will be assigned to the appropriate salary grade based on the contract with the faculty union

• Grade 2:
  Master’s Degree with 18 graduate semester hours in field $53,492.64
• Grade 2+:
  Master’s Degree with 30 graduate semester hours in the field $56,232.06
• Grade 1:
  
  PhD in major field $58,972.71

Up to four salary steps may be applied to the starting salary based on experience.
