We're currently seeking a highly motivated Sr. Project Scheduler located in Tampa,Fl .

Required

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering or Equivalent .
Preferred Requirement:
  • Experience supporting new terminal construction or large-scale airport modernization programs.
  • Familiarity with Owner's Representative responsibilities and project management documentation.
  • PMP or PSP certification is a plus.
Qualifications:

In order to become a candidate, you must possess these skills and abilities
  • Experienced Project Scheduler to support a major airport program management team as an Owner's Representative.
  • The ideal candidate will have demonstrated
    experience developing, maintaining, and reporting on complex schedules for aviation projects, including new terminal construction, airside/landside improvements and infrastructure upgrades.
  • This role requires a proactive professional capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to ensure schedule adherence and program success.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in scheduling for large-scale construction projects, preferably in aviation or airport programs.
  • Direct experience working as an Owner's Representative or program management consultant on airport terminal or airfield projects.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent scheduling tools.
  • Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, resource leveling, and earned value management (EVM) principles.
  • Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of airport operations, FAA requirements, and construction phasing constraints is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software for airport construction programs, including new
    terminal construction.
  • Work closely with the Owner's Representative, Program/Project Managers, and construction contractors to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with project
    milestones.
  • Analyze schedule impacts, assess risks, and recommend recovery strategies to keep the program on track.
  • Coordinate and participate in schedule coordination meetings with design teams, contractors, and airport operations staff.
  • Prepare and present schedule reports, including updates, progress analysis, and forecasts, to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track critical path activities and dependencies, ensuring timely completion of all deliverables.
  • Support program management in evaluating change orders, scope adjustments, and potential delays impacting the schedule.
  • Assist in the integration of construction phasing plans, operational constraints, and airport safety/sec
Salary:
  • 160,000
Bonus Pay:

Bonus opportunities are available at management discretion, based on individual job performance, employee utilization, attendance, tenure, and furtherance of other non-financial corporate objectives.
