About the RoleStorm Trap, an industry leader in stormwater management solutions, has an opening for aProject Manager in our Southeast Region. This is a terrific opportunity for a talented technical operations development professional to join a growing group of committed teammates providing stormwater/construction management solutions to developers, municipalities, engineers and construction professionals.
The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination of Storm Trap products with contractor/client and precast manufacturer, strategic allocation and management of forming assets and associated appurtenances as well as the cultivation and maintenance of precast manufacturer relationships. This position also inherits onsite project responsibility from our Sales team shortly after proposal agreement to ensure customer satisfaction through the end of the job installation.
Our operations process warrants our Project Management and Sales teams to work together and collectively provide our stakeholders (civil engineers, developers, municipalities and site work/utility contractors) the best industry solution and experience.

RegionThe geographical region defined internally as the “Southeast” territory includes but not limited to FL, MS, AL, GA, SC, NC, TN, WV, VA, and MD.
Preferred LocationThis opportunity is specific to the Company’s Southeast territory with preferable candidates located in the Tampa, Orlando, or Jacksonville Florida areas.
Responsibilities- Identifying potential manufacturers and managing existing manufacturer relationships; activities include:
- Pricing and production scheduling
- Audits of steel forms and precast products
- Coordination of production and delivery
- Ensuring production lead times are consistent with sales commitments
- Introduction, presentation, and promotion of all current and new products
- Presentation of new and innovative production approaches
- Inventory management
- Coordinating and overseeing all logistics associated with the stormwater management product installation process including:
- Onsite preconstruction meetings
- Product delivery logistics
- Onsite assistance and support
- Coordination with engineering department for onsite logistical or product issues as needed
- Forging strong relationships with new and existing customer base
- Managing Storm Trap projects at construction sites to ensure timely completion within budget and the highest standards of quality and safety
- Maintaining precast and installation manuals as internal control documents
- Driving and enforcing QA/QC best practices and standard operating procedures
- Managing, maintaining, and inputting data into the Company’s CRM/ERP systems
- Strong persuasive, influencing, and negotiating skills
- High level of self-motivation
- Creativity in overcoming problems and objections
- Strong technical aptitude
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Self-starter, accountable, driven, ethical, hard-working, personable, rejection proof, and work well independently and with others
- Project management experience and ability to read civil engineering drawings and drafting plans
- Experience with Salesforce or similar Project Management/CRM software
