Réalis is seeking a Structural Engineer to join our Bridges and Civil Structures Team. This is an entry‑level position in Tampa, FL.

• Perform design calculations for bridges and civil structures.
• Support senior engineers by preparing reinforcement lists, quantity take‑offs, and redlines.
• Complete technical training courses assigned for career development.
• Participate in the Quality Control process for design and plan development.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required. Master of Science in Structural Engineering preferred.
• Experience:
  
  No experience required. 0-2 years of related civil engineering experience preferred.
• Special
  
  Skills:
  
  Ability to perform fundamental checks from AASHTO LRFD related to moment, shear, deflection, and stress. 3D analysis preferred. Experience with FDOT MathCAD templates preferred.
• Professional Registrations: E.I. or E.I.T. required.
