We are looking for an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. You will have the chance to work on state‑of‑the‑art industrial and commercial facilities, be accountable for schedule and technical quality, and coordinate on‑site activities during startup with other staff and discipline leads.
As part of a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary team, you will help design and optimize control systems for a variety of processes, working closely with architects, engineers, and designers. Your responsibilities will include developing P&IDs, sizing valves, specifying instrumentation, and documenting and modeling design information while ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.

Key Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering
- At least 6 years of experience working with Instrumentation and Control
- Working knowledge of PLC, DCS, and other controls applications
- Engineer in Training (EIT)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Forward‑thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas
- Ability to learn quickly and drive further knowledge
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in multi‑disciplinary teams
- Passion for buildings and construction
- Experience mentoring junior professionals or leading small teams
- Experience with Data Center Design
