Logistics Automation Project Manager; Robotics & SAP

The client is looking to automate part of their logistics processes to increase, transparency, traceability and to support future rate increments.

2 main projects:

Project to be handled up to end of the pilot phase.

• Evaluation of the current process,
  logistics readiness and validation of system capabilities (SAP/ARP).
• Cost analysis and feasibility of different technologies (Robotic Picking, AGV, Guided Tug Train etc.).
• Benchmarking and conceptualization with the suitable technology. Business case evaluation and ready for pilot implementation.
