* Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets
* Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure project objectives are met
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders
* Prepare and distribute project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and presentations
* Schedule and facilitate project meetings, ensuring all relevant information is communicated effectively
* Track and manage project risks, issues, and changes, escalating as necessary
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation
* Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
* Assist in the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and other project-related documents
* Support the Project Manager in ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards
** Salary Range:**$61,100 to 69,960
