Compensation: $125,000 – $160,000

What you will be doing (responsibilities):

• Leading interdisciplinary teams in delivering study, planning, design, construction oversight, and commissioning services for water/wastewater projects.
• Assess project feasibility by analyzing technology, resource needs, and market demand for future engineering projects.
• Ensuring project management adheres to high-quality standards, achieves on-time/on-budget delivery, and meets client satisfaction objectives.
• Contributing to proposals, business development, and marketing activities as required.

What you’ll need to be considered (qualifications):

• Master’s or PhDin Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in municipal or industrial water/wastewater systems.
• Professional Engineering (PE) licensure.
• Extensive technical background and experience in water or wastewater treatment plant design.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing state-level technical leaders.
• Active involvement in professional and industry organizations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in technical specifications and software such as Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
