Telecommunications Project Leader Security Clearance

Position: Telecommunications Project Leader with Security Clearance
Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for a Telecommunications Project Leader to join a design services company for mission critical systems. This is based in the Tampa, FL area.

You will run job sites based on where you live as to keep the commute reasonable. Essential Duties of the Telecommunications Project Leader:
* Leading the design and deployment of Integrated Infrastructure and telecommunications systems.

* Assisting the project Superintendent and Engineering in the preparation of project documentation requirements, project layout, and field office support.

* Preparing a design/build project estimate based on design criteria.

* Meeting with customers to present proposals and cost estimates.

* Coordinating the acquisition of all materials, monitoring tools and equipment requirements with the project team and the warehouse.

* Overall financial management of the project (s) including cash flow and manpower needs.
Qualifications of the Telecommunications Project Leader:
* 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in construction specific to telecommunications.

* Experience with creating project schedules with tools similar to Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or Excel.

* Experience in project estimation (like estimating change orders) or completing new job takeoffs.

* Require understanding/knowledge of Telecommunication Systems including Fiber Optic & Structured Cabling, CCTV, OSP & ISP Copper.

* Experience leading diverse teams & projects with construction budgets valued between $500K - $10M+ in Telecommunication Scopes.
Compensation for the Telecommunications Project Leader: * $100,000 - $160,000 (based on experience)
