Project Executive

Overview

OTJ Engineering Ltd seeks a work winning Project Executive / Senior Project Manager with experience in major Water infrastructure for a long-standing general contracting partner in Florida. The base pay range is $ per year to $ per year. Our partner is a leading name in the construction of Water and Wastewater infrastructure and is expanding to bring in additional talent with experience of winning and delivering major water treatment projects valued over US $300m.

• Lead the pursuit and delivery of major water treatment projects valued over US $300m.
• Win and deliver projects in both hard bid and alternative delivery methods.
• Collaborate with a general contracting partner to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Manage project execution across the full lifecycle, from bid strategy to closeout.

• Over 15 years of experience in Water or Waste Water Treatment and/or Pump Station construction.
• 10+ years of direct Project Management experience within the water treatment construction sector for a main general contractor.
• A CV that leans predominantly into construction general contracting.
• Experience of successfully winning and delivering a project valued over US $300m.
• Experience of projects within both hard bid and alternative delivery methods is highly desirable.
• A well known face within the Florida Water market.

Salary up to US $210k per year plus a realistic achievable bonus of around 20% of annual salary. A full range of benefits and an attractive 401k plan are offered alongside salary and bonus.
