We’re looking for a respected name in Florida’s transportation community - someone with FDOT relationships and recognition in the Florida transportation industry - to launch and grow our Florida transportation practice. • Support the development and execution of strategic plans for the Florida transportation practice
• Build and maintain strong relationships with FDOT and local municipalities
• Represent C&S in Florida's transportation circles
• Oversee transportation projects from concept to completion
• Ensure quality, budget, and schedule alignment across all phases
• Mentor and grow a high-performing team of engineers and planners
• Collaborate with other C&S disciplines to deliver integrated solutions
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and technologies

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in transportation engineering
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
• Deep knowledge of FDOT policies, procedures and project delivery methods
• A reputation that inspires confidence and trust in the Florida transportation community

$120,640 - $151,840/year*
