IC Mechanical is seeking a Mechanical Engineer HVAC to lead our engineering team, manage high-impact projects, and contribute to our continued success in the commercial HVAC industry.

What We’re Looking For- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. We also value a combination of education and extensive experience, with 10 to 20 years of relevant industry experience.
- Leadership
Experience:
You bring a minimum of 10 years of experience leading engineering teams in the commercial market, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and maintaining strong client relationships. - Industry Expertise:
Extensive experience in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry, managing HVAC projects with increasing responsibility. A Professional Engineer (PE) License and proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit are strong advantages. - Skills and Abilities:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, a natural self-starter with the ability to motivate and lead teams toward common goals, and exceptional organizational skills.
- Project Leadership:
Sign, seal, and review engineering drawings, ensuring they meet the highest standards. - Team Accountability:
Lead and hold the engineering team accountable for meeting company objectives. - Client Relations:
Monitor client interactions closely to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals. - Strategic Planning:
Regularly review and revise team roles, responsibilities, and project strategies to optimize operations and align with company goals.
