• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related) with 10–20 years of industry experience
• Minimum 10 years leading engineering teams in the commercial HVAC or refrigeration space
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required
• Expertise in AutoCAD and Revit
