Kisinger Campo & Associates, Corp. (KCA) is seeking a qualified Senior Inspector to work on roadway/bridge construction projects. The candidate will perform highly complex technical assignments in field surveying and construction layout, make and check engineering computations, inspect construction work, conduct field tests, and coordinate and manage lower-level inspectors. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Project Administrator. Extensive construction engineering experience and knowledge of engineering design standards and requirements are required.

• Perform field surveying and construction layout.
• Make and check engineering computations.
• Inspect construction work and conduct field tests.
• Coordinate and manage lower-level inspectors.
• Evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques and modify them when necessary.
• Prepare traffic control, test materials, cost estimates, and adherence to plans and specifications.
• Supervise or coordinate the work of inspectors and others assisting with specific assignments.
• Observe and assess both average and complex construction work.
• Perform additional tasks, duties, and training as directed by the supervisor.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift approximately 50 pounds.
• Presence at the designated office or job site necessary.
• High School or equivalent.
• Four (4) years of construction inspection experience, including two (2) years in bridge and/or roadway construction inspection, or a Civil Engineering degree with one (1) year of road & bridge CEI experience and ability to earn additional qualifications within one year.
• CTQP and other certifications: CTQP Concrete Field Technician Level I & II, CTQP Asphalt Paving Level I & II, CTQP Earthwork Construction Inspection Level I & II, CTQP Pile Driving Inspection, CTQP Drilled Shaft Inspection, Qualified Grouting Technician Level I, CTQP Post‑Tensioning Technician Level I, IMSA Traffic Signal Inspector Level I, FDOT Intermediate MOT, CTQP Final Estimates Level I, Nuclear Radiation Safety, Florida Stormwater, Erosion, and Sedimentation Control Training and Certification.
