As a result, a full-time position is available for a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our Building Engineering group. This opportunity is available at any of the following office locations:
Denver, CO;
Madison, WI;
West Allis, WI (Greater Milwaukee Area);
Dallas, TX;
San Diego, CA; or Tampa, FL.

• Using 3D BIM software for design, coordination and plan development of mechanical piping and air systems
• Preparing reports and studies related to mechanical systems
• Selecting, specifying and estimating costs of mechanical equipment
• Performing load calculations and/or energy analysis
• Conducting periodic construction site inspections
• Other tasks as assigned.

• A bachelor's degree (or higher) in mechanical or architectural engineering from an accredited college or university
• At least four years of relevant mechanical engineering experience
• PE license in any state with the ability to obtain in other states

A valid driver's license, about 25% travel, and entrance onto military bases and airports will be required for this position.

• Leading mechanical design of building projects
• Designing supply, return, and exhaust systems
• Performing load calculations and/or energy modeling
• Revit
• Designing plumbing systems

Salary Range: $90,000 and above - Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set or location.
