Colwill Engineering, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated Electrical Helper in the Tampa, FL area to join our team.

We are currently offering a competitive pay range for this full-time position, Monday through Friday. (In-person)

What this Role will Do:

The Electrical Helper will assist with installation, alterations, additions, and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors and associated materials and equipment within the electrical construction industry.

Role Responsibilities:

• Securing tools, equipment and materials from storage areas to complete assigned tasks.
• Daily cleanup.
• Assist with troubleshooting all electric systems.
• Comply with company and O.S.H.A. safety regulations and ensure a safe workplace for yourself and crew.
• Maintain an adequate supply of materials for the assigned crew for at least one week ahead.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Possess a clean and clear driver's license and can pass a level 2 background check.
