We are seeking a CMT Field Technician to join our Tampa, FL team! Come join us!

• Atlas is currently seeking a candidate to fill an immediate full‑time opening to perform construction materials testing/inspection including, but not limited to:
  Soils sampling and testing, concrete sampling and testing, masonry sampling and testing, asphalt testing, reinforcing steel inspection.
• Candidate must be able to communicate effectively and accurately prepare field reports in accordance with Atlas’s report standards and applicable codes.
• Candidate must be willing to travel throughout the state of Florida and stay out of town when necessary.
• High School Diploma
• 2 years of experience within construction or similar field
• Able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications

• Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience in the construction industry
• Nuclear Soil Density Testing experience (NEPA, FERC etc.)

• Additional CTQP certifications in soils, concrete and asphalt are desired/preferred
