Civil Engineer Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• 2–4 years of experience in civil engineering or related roles
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and other engineering tools
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
• Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and standards
• Ability to analyze complex data and design projects with a focus on safety and sustainability
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Knowledge of environmental impact, safety, and risk management practices
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Civil Engineer Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Experience in land development, water/wastewater/drainage)
• Experience managing diverse civil engineering projects
