Responsibilities- Design engineering solutions for transportation projects.
- Conduct and monitor site inspections.
- Join project and client meetings.
- Refine technical designs and documentation.
- Analyze reports and specifications.
- Explore project and client management.
- Leverage digital tools and innovation.
- Drive sustainable outcomes.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Successful completion of the EIT exam, or ability to take the exam within 12 months.
- Demonstrated interest in the field through internships, volunteer work, or association memberships.
- Creative thinking with a methodical and pragmatic approach to problem‑solving.
- Proficient communication and presentation skills to engage clients and colleagues.
- Resilient, solution‑oriented mindset focused on continuous growth and value delivery.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork.
Location:
Tampa, FL. You must commute reliably to our office in line with our hybrid working policy.
