Enercon Services, Inc. is hiring a Mechanical Engineer for mid, senior, and principal level positions.
OverviewBecome a part of ENERCON as a Mechanical Design or Mechanical Project Engineer. We are seeking talented Mechanical Engineers at all experience levels, from early-career professionals to principal engineers. Our Mechanical Engineer career path offers many options, including mid-level, senior, and principal roles. Roles may be full-time, part-time, or temporary.
- Nuclear Services Group (NSG)
- ENERCON Federal Services (EFS)
- Data Center Mission Critical (DCMC)
- Energy Group (EG)
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team on major projects such as cooling water systems for power plants.
- Lead simple design projects such as valve replacements and write engineering reports (e.g., corrosion studies).
- Deliver high‑quality engineering documents: drawings, sketches, calculations, and analyses that meet industry codes, standards, and regulations.
- Adhere to standards: develop documents in alignment with client, ENERCON, and regulatory requirements.
- Keep knowledge current with industry codes, safety culture, and advanced design techniques.
- Produce deliverables that meet strict QA standards and project scopes.
- Build client relationships through clear communication and professional interactions.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive designs.
- Travel to plant sites for walk‑downs and evaluate systems and components.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of mechanical system design experience.
- Experience in engineering/design services, power generation, nuclear power, heavy industry, chemical or pulp & paper, or government (DOE) projects is highly preferred.
- Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor and in teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- U.S. citizenship may be required for federal contract roles.
- Senior Engineers typically have 7+ years of post‑graduate experience;

USD $90,000.00 – $ per year.
Salary Range Information- The range reflects a typical full‑time position based on role, level, and location. Individual compensation is determined by location, experience, skills, education, or training.
