Project Manager; Structural

• Lead structural engineering projects from proposal through final delivery
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality outcomes
• Serve as the primary client liaison - communicating clearly, addressing concerns, and managing expectations
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff
• Perform design reviews, drawing markups, and ensure code compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural, Civil, or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis)
• PE or SE license (required)
• 8+ years of relevant structural engineering experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management abilities
• Proficient in design and analysis tools such as RISA 3D, RAM, or Tedds
• Skilled in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance
