Project Engineer/APM – Land Development Division

A reputable consulting firm is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer/Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience to lead projects within their Land Development Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing medium to large-scale development projects for commercial, residential, and municipal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Lead and supervise project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Drive business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee all phases of project development, including:
  • Preparation of conceptual and feasibility studies.
  • Development of design reports and detailed drawings.
  • Coordination of project deliverables and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida.
• Proven experience in leading and supervising staff.
• Strong business development and client management skills.
• Familiarity with all phases of project development.
