Are you a Florida-licensed Professional Surveyor & Mapper (PSM) looking to take the lead on some of the most high-profile transportation, infrastructure, and development projects across the state?

A rapidly growing engineering and geomatics firm is seeking an experienced PSM to provide technical leadership, oversee project delivery, and help drive the continued growth of a thriving survey practice. • Serve as Surveyor of Record for a wide variety of transportation, infrastructure, and land development projects
• Review, sign, seal, and certify survey deliverables in accordance with Florida regulations
• Lead project planning, execution, scheduling, and quality control efforts
• Oversee field crews, CAD technicians, and project survey staff
• Manage client relationships and coordinate directly with public and private-sector clients
• Support business development and project pursuits throughout Florida
• Mentor and develop junior survey professionals and future leaders
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, company procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Florida Professional Surveyor & Mapper (PSM) license
• 8+ years of progressive surveying experience
• Experience managing survey projects and technical teams
• Strong knowledge of boundary, topographic, right-of-way, control, and construction surveying
• Familiarity with transportation and infrastructure projects
• Experience reviewing and signing survey deliverables
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills

• Work on some of the most visible and technically challenging survey projects in Florida
• Strong backlog of transportation, infrastructure, utility, and development work
