Pickett, an ESP Associates company, offers a Summer Internship Program for engineering students. This paid internship runs 2–3 months, provides hands-on exposure to surveying, mapping, and engineering workflows, and includes weekly feedback sessions with mentors.
Participants will work with civil, environmental, and construction teams, learn software such as M-FAD and PLS-CADD, and may have site visits and potential for hire upon degree completion. Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
