The Count Team Member is responsible for collecting, sorting, counting, and recording of gaming results as well as the overall operation of the soft count room and currency counting equipment.

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
• Records cash drop.
• Verifies documentation removed from drop boxes with information recorded on the master game worksheet.
• Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.
• Maintains a clean, safe, hazard‑free work environment within area of responsibility.
• Responsible for the transportation of departmental wheeled carts to and from secured locations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum one (1) year cash handling experience preferred, ideally in the casino or banking industry.
• Strong cash handling and counting skills.
• Must have proficient basic math skills with ten key experiences.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and other team members.
• Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and team‑building skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to deliver a service level that creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience.
• Ability to develop knowledge of computer systems, both company and vendor provided, to a proficient level.
• Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
• Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to work in a very fast‑paced environment while adhering to strict guidelines and controls. Must be detail‑oriented.
