We’re looking for an experienced Title Agent to join our growing real estate team in our Tampa office. This is a full-time, in‑office role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely closings.

• Prepare, review, and process title orders, commitments, and final policies
• Coordinate residential and/or commercial closings from open to funding
• Clear title requirements and resolve title issues efficiently
• Communicate with lenders, realtors, attorneys, and clients to ensure smooth transactions
• Maintain complete and compliant closing files in accordance with state and underwriting guidelines
• Use Soft Pro daily for title production, settlement, and document management

• 1+ years of title/settlement experience (Florida preferred)
• Strong Soft Pro experience is required
• Solid understanding of title search, curative work, commitments, and closing procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Professional communication skills and a client‑first mindset

$48,000 - $60,000 at plan compensation
