Our mission is to provide seamless, efficient, and accessible lending solutions. We are looking for a Controller to manage the company’s day-to-day accounting and financial operations. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with an opportunity to help build the financialbackbone of our organization.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accurate and timely transactions.
• Oversee cash management including reconciliations, daily cash flow monitoring, and reporting.
• Prepare financial statements and internal reports for leadership to support decision-making.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and projections to guide company growth.
• Work closely with the external CPA firm on tax filings, compliance, and audits.
• Maintain and improve internal accounting systems, processes, and controls.
• Support the CEO and leadership team with financial insights and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable industry regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required).
• 5–7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including Controller-level or senior accountant experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in AP/AR, reconciliations, cash management, and forecasting.
• Prior experience working with external CPA firms on tax preparation and audits.
• Proficiency in Quick Books (or similar accounting software) and Excel.
• Experience in fintech, debt settlement, or financial services is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, scaling company environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work directly with executive leadership.
