The Process Control Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy. Recognized as a technical authority for an area within the business, this role requires commercial awareness, strong communication and diplomacy skills, and the ability to guide, influence, and convince colleagues in other areas and external customers. The role delivers significant impact through complex deliverables, provides advice on technology and operations, and affects business performance and effectiveness of sub‑functions.

• Ensures financial reporting accuracy and compliance with external regulators and firm policies.
• Participates in independent appraisal activities performed by internal audit and external auditing firms for certification of financial statements and assessment of controls.
• Evaluates current processes to mitigate risks and ensure adequate controls.
• Advises on directional strategy by analyzing subject matter and its application in own job and the business.
• Focuses on implementation of policies and procedures.
• Acts as a technical expert advising on significant business/product decisions.
• Performs other duties and functions as assigned.
• Assesses risk when business decisions are made, upholds firm reputation, applies policy, and manages control issues.

• 6-10 years of experience in financial services, risk and control field.
• Excellent management presentation skills (PowerPoint, project plans, status reporting).
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Outstanding relationship building and management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on advanced MS Excel.
• Self‑motivated and detail oriented.

• Bachelor’s degree required; certification or master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
