Next Path Career Partners is currently seeking a Tax Manager to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL
. This is an onsite, direct hire position. Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Only candidates authorized to work in the US without sponsorship should apply.

$130–$150k + Bonus (depending on experience)

• Active CPA license
• 10-15 years of experience in business, corporate, or personal tax returns
• Strong expertise in tax planning and strategy, not seasonal compliance or preparation
• Experience working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients or complex business-owner scenarios
• Ability to communicate complex tax concepts clearly and effectively
• Well-spoken with client-facing skills

• Develop and refine advanced tax strategies, including entity structuring, wealth transfer, real estate, QSBS/
• 1202, charitable structures, and multi-entity planning
• Review business and corporate tax documents to identify tax opportunities and risks (without preparing returns)
• Participate in strategic client meetings alongside advisors and specialists
• Collaborate with external CPAs and estate planning professionals for coordinated implementation
• Stay informed about tax law changes and emerging planning strategies
• Contribute to internal thought leadership and develop repeatable planning processes
