Credit Analyst

Base pay range

$60.00/yr - $70.00/yr

We are seeking a detail-oriented Credit Analyst with 1–3 years of experience supporting B2B customers. This role focuses on evaluating credit risk, setting and managing credit limits, and supporting accounts receivable within a high-volume, asset-intensive environment.

• Review and approve customer credit requests with authority for single orders up to $500,000
• Manage and monitor an accounts receivable portfolio of approximately $80M
• Support a credit team overseeing nearly $500M in company assets
• Perform credit evaluations using financial statements, credit reports, and risk data
• Establish and maintain credit limits, terms, and account documentation
• Partner with Sales, Collections, and Finance to ensure timely collections and risk mitigation
• Oversee collection escalations, including coordination with legal resources when required
• Maintain accurate credit files and support audits and compliance reviews
• Contribute to process improvements and reporting for credit and AR operations
• Provide credit support for assigned product lines or geographic regions

• 1–3 years of credit analysis experience in a B2B environment
• Experience working with defined credit approval limits and exposure management
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• ERP system experience strongly preferred
• Understanding of accounts receivable, collections, and credit risk principles
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
