If you have strong communication skills, and are confident as a headhunter, we want to meet you. We like working with people who think 'outside-the-box' and who finish projects in a timely manner.

Location: 6550 W Hillsborough Ave, Tampa, FL 33634

Responsibilities:

• On-board new hires for the Financial Advisor/Wealth Manager Position (conduct Welcome Meetings, maintaining relationships with Sponsors until in office)
• Manage the sponsor tracking and related documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and reduce risk to company
• Maintain relationships with Managers/ Executive Team/ Operations Team and communicate on sponsor progress
• Conduct weekly on-track meetings with candidates and create study plans catered to sponsor timelines.
• Prepare reports and conduct a presentation on a weekly basis for the Sponsors’ progress
• On average conduct 60 meetings weekly
• Weekly reports and communication to the Director of Sponsorship
• Facilitate the application and registration process for licensed sponsors, ensuring completion prior to office start dates.
