Mortgage Loan Processor

We’re looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join our growing mortgage team in Tampa. If you’re bilingual, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and can take a loan from application to close‑to‑close — we want to hear from you.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Mortgage industry experience
• Strong knowledge of Encompass
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and a true go‑getter

• Process residential mortgage files from start to finish
• Review loan files for accuracy, compliance, and completeness
• Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, realtors, and title companies
• Submit files to underwriting and manage conditions
• Maintain accurate loan data in Encompass
