Sr. Financial Analyst – Corporate Finance / Supply Chain

As Senior Financial Analyst for the corporate finance team, this individual will conduct operational and financial analysis for consolidated Bloomin’ Brands, Inc. that supports external and board level reporting. This role serves as the finance liaison to the Supply Chain organization and other stakeholders including Restaurant Brand Finance and Corporate Finance. Key responsibilities include consolidation and analysis of the supply chain‑related function and corporate level planning and forecasting, analyzing key operational and business trends, and supporting cross‑functional teams as well as wider Bloomin' Brands requests as needed.

This position is based in our Tampa Restaurant Support Center and will work a hybrid schedule.

• Perform monthly financial and business analysis of consolidated results vs. forecasted expectations utilizing the general ledger, subsystems, financial statements and collaboration with supply chain, restaurant brands and other cross‑functional teams as needed
• Accurately report consolidated monthly and quarterly board level reporting including variance analysis and commentary; articulate the information into presentation format that is presented to the executive leadership team
• Prepare schedules and perform analysis to support external financial reporting, treasury, and investor relations teams
• Liaise with business leads to gather information, and provide reporting and information as needed in order to facilitate informed financial decisions to achieve financial targets
• Prepare and distribute inputs used for annual planning, regular forecast cycles, and the annual strategic long‑range plan
• Participate in meetings with Senior Management on trends and financial data
• Maintain various industry benchmarking metrics and analysis
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis and other job‑related duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, required
• CPA, preferred

• Independent and self‑motivated, with a proven ability to work with minimal supervision
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis or corporate finance, preferably in the restaurant or retail industry
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement presentation
• Ability to analyze and problem solve with a high level of intellectual curiosity that leverages a strong statistical background
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi‑task in a fast paced, changing environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences and influence teams
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
