Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $96,000.00/yr

Role OverviewThe Credit Analyst will be responsible for managing customer credit accounts and supporting financial risk assessment activities within the beverage business segment. This position works closely with senior credit leadership, internal stakeholders, and customers to ensure timely collections, accurate credit evaluations, and resolution of account issues.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee assigned customer accounts in accordance with internal credit policies
- Support senior credit leadership with financial reviews for both new and existing customers
- Maintain productive relationships with customers to address billing questions and payment concerns
- Analyze and resolve overdue balances and disputed transactions
- Coordinate shipment holds and releases based on credit status
- Partner with internal teams to investigate and resolve claims or discrepancies
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to credit terms and account status
- Contribute to additional credit department initiatives as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum of five years of experience in credit analysis, collections, and financial statement review
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time‑management capabilities
- Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and collaboration tools
- Experience working with IBMi systems preferred
Work Location:
This role is based on-site at the company’s Tampa headquarters. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available.
