We are currently partnering with a highly respected, top-tier Investment Banking team that is actively seeking to expand its growing Healthcare Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice, sitting fully remote. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Vice President to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will play a critical role in supporting the full life cycle of deal execution.
As an integral member of a lean and collaborative deal team, you will gain hands‑on experience across all phases of the transaction process—from initial pitch and financial modeling to due diligence, negotiation, and closing. This role offers unparalleled exposure to complex M&A transactions across a variety of industries, as well as direct interaction with senior bankers and clients, providing a strong foundation for long‑term career growth in investment banking.
Responsibilities- Preparing and delivering presentations throughout the deal execution period.
- Assist in the coordination of internal and external resources in the due diligence process for M&A transactions.
- Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions, mostly on buy‑side M&A.
- Conducting extensive industry, market, and company‑specific research.
- Building and maintaining client relations with established and prospective clients.
- 5+ years within Investment Banking, preferably in Healthcare.
- Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
- Strong closed M&A deal experience.
